Headquartered in South Africa, the company operates across several countries, including major markets like West Africa and SADC, offering a comprehensive suite of real estate services.Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for property portfolios.
Oversee property accounting, including leases, rental income, and tenant reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and support treasury/working capital management.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and property managers.
Drive process improvements and maintain accurate financial records.
Mentor and guide junior finance staff.Job Experience and Skills Required:

Com degree in accounting
MDA
7 years relevant property experience
