Operating across multiple international markets, this organization is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and success.As CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and driving profitability. You will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align financial performance with strategic objectives, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple international markets.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

CA(SA)
12+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO or Finance Director.
Strong strategic, financial, and leadership acumen with a proven track record in driving profitability and growth.
Expertise in IFRS, financial strategy, risk management, and compliance.
Experience navigating complex international regulatory environments.
