A leading consultancy is seeking a disciplined, self-motivated, and confident Junior B-BBEE Consultant to join their Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B-BBEE legislation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goalsDocument, analyse, and interpret required information and dataSuccessfully manage multiple client accounts concurrentlyDrive project processes to meet targets and client expectationsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate with the Delivery team and management to deliver optimal solutionsMonitor market trends to support development and improvement of servicesStay informed of current and new legislation within the B-BBEE industryMarket the company’s services and source new clientsCandidate Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident, outgoing, and professionalAble to adapt to change and work well under pressureStrong presentation and business writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level preferred)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritiseStrong client relationship management skillsAbility to gather and interpret relevant dataHigh-level project management capabilitiesComfortable with marketing and sourcing new businessBasic knowledge of B-BBEE legislation is advantageousA Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields is required:FinanceMathematicsStatisticsLawIMPORTANT:
