- Contract & Deal Administration: You will manage the end-to-end administration of commercial deal structuring, technology sourcing contracts, and procurement processes with our blue-chip corporate clients.
- Executive Operations: Implement and maintain organized systems for managing executive calendars, correspondence, and strategic meeting preparations. You will be the central point of coordination for all executive-level administrative functions.
- Legal Support & Compliance: Leverage your legal background to meticulously prepare, review, and manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all matters.
- Process Management: Apply your organizational skills to streamline operational workflows within the executive office, ensuring consistent and reliable support for our leadership team.
- A legal qualification (LLB, Dip.Iuris, B.Iuris, or B.Proc) is essential.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar high-level administrative role where organizational skill was paramount.
- Demonstrated mastery in managing legal documents, complex schedules, and confidential information.
