As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible New BusinessPOSITION INFO:Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular client visits within your assigned base to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.Develop new business opportunities with current clients, driving sales through face-to-face engagement and follow-ups.Perform a minimum of six client visits per day, focusing on maintenance, development, and acquisition.Plan client visits ahead of time to ensure consistent contact and engagement.Acquire at least four new First-Time Buyers (FTBs) each month.Network to discover new business leads and prospects.Develop strategies to convert promising prospects into major account clients.Ensure customer retention exceeds 90%.Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to minimize revenue loss.Maintain a sales pipeline that accounts for at least 40% of your total portfolio revenue.Achieve daily shipment volume targets in alignment with company objectives.Collaborate across teams (Sales, , Operations) to drive growth.Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. hr data-start="1875" data-end="1878" />Minimum Requirements:Education: Matric (Grade 12)Tertiary Qualification: Preferably a commercial degree/diploma or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a field sales role, ideally within or a similar industry.Driver’s License: Valid, with a reliable vehicle.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and relationship management skills.
