A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, particularly in professional services, tax, fintech, or SaaS industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle and building trusted client relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique business needs
  • Present and demonstrate tax compliance and technology-based solutions to prospects
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with client goals and expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in global tax
  • Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Report regularly on progress, forecasts, and pipeline development to senior leadership
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in tax, fintech, SaaS, or professional services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex client environments
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
