Electrical Supervisor (Generator and Transformer)

- Supervise a team of technicians and electricians in the operation and maintenance of generators and transformers
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and SOPs
- Troubleshoot faults, monitor system performance, and address power failures quickly and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Coordinate procurement of parts and services with approved vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff on equipment handling and safety
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure a reliable and efficient power supply across all sites
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technology updates to recommend improvements
- Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with generators and transformers
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (advantageous)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Ability to work under pressure and be on-call for emergencies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
