Joining our client means seizing the opportunity to work in a dynamic, industry-leading property company, where ethics, customer service, and teamwork are the foundation of their success.📌 Role Overview The client is seeking an experienced Generator & Transformer Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, operation, and performance of generators and transformers across their property portfolio. The role includes supervising a team of technicians and electricians, implementing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor technicians and electricians in maintenance and operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for generators and transformers.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of parts and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate equipment logs and maintenance reports.
  • Train new staff on proper maintenance and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in generator and transformer technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance and operation of generators and transformers.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible hours and willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
