Having invested heavily in infrastructure, RSAWEB has built a strong presence in South Africa with Data Centres in Johannesburg and Cape Town.Work Integrated Learning OpportunityWe are offering students an opportunity to complete their Work Integrated Learning (WIL) practical component within our company. This placement is aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace application, providing exposure to real-world administration functions.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with departmental administration such as document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Support data capturing, processing, and updating of information on internal systems.
  • Compile reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required by the department.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and preparation of supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support in projects, compliance tasks, and departmental initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of departmental activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma Business Administration/Similar (Work Integrated Learning component required for completion).
  • Academic record must be provided as proof of enrolment and eligibility.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Commitment to completing the 6-month WIL placement.
  • Reliable transport to and from Northgate Business Park.
  • Placement letter between the learner and the university
  • University Placement Agreement
