Salary: $1,800 – $2,000/monthLocation: Remote (US overlap required, at least a few hours during ET or PT)About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Customer Support professional to handle day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth customer interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of triaging customer conversations while collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operational customer support tasks.Triage customer conversations across platforms like Intercom, HubSpot, and others.Draft, maintain, and update processes, guides, and documentation for internal and external use.Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.File tickets and track progress on customer support issues to ensure timely resolution.Provide proactive support to enhance the overall customer experience.Must-Have Skills / Tools:Proficiency with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM/support platformsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to create clear processes and documentationExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with ticketing systems and workflow managementPreferred Experience:Previous experience in customer support, customer success, or operationsExperience working with US clients or customersUnderstanding of US work culture and customer expectationsExposure to AI or automation tools for workflow optimization (bonus)What We’re Looking For:A proactive, self-starter who can handle multiple tasks independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWillingness to adapt and learn new tools and processesNon-Negotiables:Must write and speak English wellMust understand US customer expectations and work cultureMust be flexible to work overlapping hours with US time zonesWhy Join Us:
