Building ForemanA reputable building contractor is seeking a skilled Site Foreman to take charge of two major projects:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out to programme, specification, and quality standards
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff
Monitor progress, productivity, and adherence to health & safety regulations
Assist with site planning, material ordering, and cost control
Report to the Site Manager and attend progress meetings

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman on large residential or commercial projects
Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings and plans
Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving ability
Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
