Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Engage business units (Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand and document business processes and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
  • Analyse and model current vs. future state processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Technical and Systems Analysis
  • Evaluate and document integration needs across ERP, BI, WMS, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and systems architects to design feasible, scalable solutions.
  • Validate system designs against business requirements.
Project Management
  • Support or lead IT project planning and execution, including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Manage small-to-medium sized IT initiatives end-to-end
  • Track progress, manage risks/issues, and report on milestones.
  • Work with external vendors and internal teams to coordinate deliverables.
Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and validate outputs against expected outcomes.
  • Work with QA resources to ensure issues are logged, tracked, and resolved.
Change Management and Support
  • Support training and onboarding of users to new systems and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for implemented tools and platforms.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Project management certification (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
  • 3–5+ years in business analysis or systems analysis within IT environments.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating technical projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, APIs, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation (BPMN/UML/BRD formats).
  • Strong SQL/data analysis skills or exposure to tools like Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC, Agile).
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
