We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator with a background and experience in HR administration to join our team in Johannesburg.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration activities, e.g. posting advertisements, scheduling job interviews, maintaining applicant records, etc.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
- Generate HR reports as required.
- Training administration – keep track of approved training courses, book training courses for approved employees and keep up-to-date training details.
- Employee Relations administration – admin associated with grievances, disciplinary enquiries and CCMA.
- Timely response to internal clients for queries and requests for visa letters, invitation letters, and confirmation of employment letters.
- Data capturing / minute-taking in legislated committee meetings.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or studying towards this qualification is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR administration, HR generalist/ HR Clerk role
- Knowledge of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
- Strong administration, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Ability to work independently and within a team
