Industry: TelecommunicationsKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop strong relationships with outsourcing partners.Support project bidding and execution as part of the outsourcing procurement team.Manage subcontractor performance across planning, cost, quality, and progress.Handle outsourcing requirements, settlement, and payment procedures.Build and maintain a qualified subcontractor pool and identify new potential partners.Organize training and evaluate subcontractor skills and qualifications.Develop and update a comprehensive local outsourcing cost database.Fulfill tasks assigned by the direct manager and share knowledge with the team.Comply with internal company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.1–2 years of experience in telecom outsourcing; experience with major telecom operators is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.What’s on OfferInvolvement in major telecommunications projectsA collaborative and performance-driven team environmentOpportunities for growth and professional development
