Our client is looking for a driven, analytical professional who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making in a high-impact Human Capital function.This role will appeal to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic business outcomes. It offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including transformation, remuneration, employment equity, and sustainability reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Compile and analyse Human Capital data to support decision-making at Board, Executive, and Management levels
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics across talent, transformation, and remuneration
Conduct benchmark analysis and sustainability assessments for human capital metrics
Collaborate across business units to source and verify human capital and transformation-related data
Manage Employment Equity submissions and reporting, ensuring compliance with BEE scorecard requirements
Support ESG initiatives by identifying and aligning metrics to the organisations agenda
Assist in sourcing senior leadership talent, conducting exit interviews, and managing executive calendars
Process purchase orders and handle vendor communications on behalf of the Human Capital department

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Capital environment with strong focus on data analytics and reporting
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS/payroll systems
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
Attention to detail, project management capability, and a collaborative approach
