Our client is looking for a driven, analytical professional who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making in a high-impact Human Capital function.This role will appeal to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic business outcomes. It offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including transformation, remuneration, employment equity, and sustainability reporting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyse Human Capital data to support decision-making at Board, Executive, and Management levels
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics across talent, transformation, and remuneration
  • Conduct benchmark analysis and sustainability assessments for human capital metrics
  • Collaborate across business units to source and verify human capital and transformation-related data
  • Manage Employment Equity submissions and reporting, ensuring compliance with BEE scorecard requirements
  • Support ESG initiatives by identifying and aligning metrics to the organisations agenda
  • Assist in sourcing senior leadership talent, conducting exit interviews, and managing executive calendars
  • Process purchase orders and handle vendor communications on behalf of the Human Capital department
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Capital environment with strong focus on data analytics and reporting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS/payroll systems
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
  • Attention to detail, project management capability, and a collaborative approach
