
Human Capital Analyst

- Compile and analyse Human Capital data to support decision-making at Board, Executive, and Management levels
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics across talent, transformation, and remuneration
- Conduct benchmark analysis and sustainability assessments for human capital metrics
- Collaborate across business units to source and verify human capital and transformation-related data
- Manage Employment Equity submissions and reporting, ensuring compliance with BEE scorecard requirements
- Support ESG initiatives by identifying and aligning metrics to the organisations agenda
- Assist in sourcing senior leadership talent, conducting exit interviews, and managing executive calendars
- Process purchase orders and handle vendor communications on behalf of the Human Capital department
- Bachelor's degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Capital environment with strong focus on data analytics and reporting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS/payroll systems
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
- Attention to detail, project management capability, and a collaborative approach
