Assist Branch Manager with ad-hoc duties and responsibilitiesMaintain and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of bathroom, kitchen, server room, meeting room & boardroom
Maintain & Update Information Board
Coordinate & maintain personnel schedule, working hours & leave roster
Any additional duties as requested by Management
Register of all IT issues & problems – coordinate with consultants
Control of staff refreshments & cleaning material
Order & control of all document printing (invoices, credit notes, transfer docs)
Control of copiers, toners end printing paper
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of desk & office space
Ordering of Groceries and other essentials
Other Admin duties as required by ManagementAdditional information about the position:Syspro experience will be an advantage
Candidate needs to be computer literate
Overtime work will be required due to operational requirements
Saturday and Public Holiday work will be required according to a roster system
