A leading and fast-paced brand dealership in Durban is seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team. This is a BEE position and the client is preferably looking for an African male who is exceptionally strong in customer interaction and service excellence.In this senior role, you will not only handle the full service advisor function but also provide direct support to the Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve queries effectively, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Booking in clients and managing service appointments efficiently
Handling service authorizations, costing, and invoicing
Delivering an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints
Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations and team support
Managing escalations and ensuring smooth workflow within the departmentMinimum Requirements:Extensive dealership Service Advisor experience (Premium or volume brand)
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Matric certificate
Clear ITC and criminal recordSalary & Benefits:Basic salary from R11 000 – R15 000 (negotiable based on experience)
