Job Purpose:Call Centre Agents will be the first point of contact for customers, handling ticket sales, booking enquiries, and service-related questions in a professional and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries about bus schedules, fares, and routes.
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately.
Upsell services and promotions where applicable.
Handle payments and ensure correct ticket issuing.
Record customer interactions in the system.
Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
