Job Purpose:Call Centre Agents will be the first point of contact for customers, handling ticket sales, booking enquiries, and service-related questions in a professional and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries about bus schedules, fares, and routes.
  • Process bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately.
  • Upsell services and promotions where applicable.
  • Handle payments and ensure correct ticket issuing.
  • Record customer interactions in the system.
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Matric
  • 2-3 years Bus / Vehicle Call Centre Experience
  • Female
  • South African Citizen
  • Clear Crimical Record
  • Immediately Available
  • Fluent in English Spoken & Written
  • Ages: 25 - 30
  • Location near Boksburg, East Rand
