Great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with Building experience.POSITION INFO:OVERVIEW OF ROLE:Co-ordinate and oversee all site functions of the project - on a strategic, financial and operational basis from initial design stages to final completion and to ensure that a Project progresses according to budget, programmes and set time frames.Contract Planning & Management / People and Resource Management / Plant, Equipment, Materials Management / Subcontractor Management / Tendering / Health & Safety / Environmental Management / Cost Control & Management / Quality Assurance / Legal & Corporate Governance / ReportsACADEMIC & TRADE QUALIFICATIONS:Business related degree: Bachelor of Building Science; BSc Civils ; BTech Degree in Building Sciences/ Construction ManagementSACPCMP Pr registration a mustWORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS5 - 8 years relevant experience on large commercial building projects of which at least 3 years of experience gained in a Site Agent position.(Candidate must have experience in Housing)Proven track record of having managed teams.Relevant construction related systems knowledge. (Buildsmart, CSS, etc.)Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management software and applicationsCode 08 Drivers Licence
