- Handling all enquiries, quoting and follow-ups.
- Building long-term relationships with key customers
- Developing knowledge of core products, pricing, suppliers, and rebate structures.
- Managing specific selected accounts
- Awareness of the status of each order (from A-Z) and keeping customers updated on a regular basis right through to dispatch.
- Providing weekly GP reports
- Maintaining best practice with regards to stock control
- Taking full responsibility for unallocated stock associated with specific deals.
- Completing weekly unallocated stock reports
- Quote on enquiries using SA Steel suppliers.
- Arrange logistics along with support staff.
