The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of
marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and revenue for our company.
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact with dealerships in assistance with
online and offline marketing-related matters. The candidate will ensure that marketing activities are
planned and implemented in order to assist the dealership in reaching its targets. Responsible for
developing marketing campaigns based on current trends to reach our predetermined goals.

Minimum
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, automotive experience advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and email
marketing tools.
  • Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties &
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the products and
services of a dealership.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
across all dealerships.
  • Adjust ongoing campaigns accordingly to ensure the best possible results.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, and
social media.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform
marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and partners.
  • Coordinate the company's presence at trade shows and other industry events.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and
positioning.
  • Implement and develop initiatives and strategies in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
