This role will oversee the financial management of a boutique food and beverage consultancy working with over 50 clients, delivering strategic business insights and financial leadership.Package:Salary: R35,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)Live-out positionKey Responsibilities:Manage the complete finance function for a multi-faceted consultancy with offices in Cape Town and DubaiPrepare and oversee detailed business plans, project costings, and business forecastingMonitor and manage budgets, cash flow, and financial performance across multiple projects and clientsEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and statutory requirementsProvide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-makingLiaise with clients and internal teams to optimise profitability and operational efficiencyImplement and maintain strong internal controls and financial systemsRequirements:Relevant financial qualification (BCom Accounting, Finance, or equivalent)Proven experience in a Financial Manager role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industryStrong background in business planning, forecasting, and project costingExcellent understanding of accounting principles and financial complianceProficiency in financial management software and MS Office, especially ExcelExceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPersonal Attributes:Highly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilityDetail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative approach with the ability to work across diverse teams and locationsKendrick RecruitmentRecruiter
