Mechanical Fitter

• Install, inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain of malfunctioning mechanical systems, equipment and components of machine parts within a defined timeline.
• Attend to break down in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintenance of the spares in the department stores.
• Maintain 5S in their respective areas.
• Perform safety inspection of machinery health during job changeover
• Constructing and assembling mechanical systems
• Analysing mechanical system blueprints
• Repair the failed parts of the machine failed in the shifts.
• Refurbishment of filling, screw capping & corking system/equipment

• Repairing machine part and inform manager/shift in charge of all break downs should they not be solved in required timeframe.
• During job change over checking the machine health time-to-time.
• Arranging spares in department stores in proper order so that at the time of break down the same are available quickly.
• Maintain 5S in their respective areas.
• Carry out work and inspections of work in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements and the relevant codes and industry standards

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum relevant experience of 3- 4 years

• Should have the in-depth technical knowledge.
• Sound Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.
• Should have knowledge of heating systems
• Should have experience rotating equipment
• Must have oil management experience.
