Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director with day-to-day operations, administration, and coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the Directors time is managed effectively, business priorities are met, and operations run smoothly. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and scheduling to ensure optimal time management. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and business engagements. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the Director. Assist with project coordination and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information. Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director. Provide general administrative and office support where required. Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Key Requirements: Qualification: Relevant diploma/degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 23 years as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Professional, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
