Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales & Strategy
  • Drive consistent, profitable growth across the region
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager on strategic sales planning and budgeting
  • Monitor tender submissions and customer discount structures
🔹 Business Development
  • Identify and develop new vertical markets and key clients
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and end-users
  • Partner with Marketing to execute promotional activities
🔹 Team & Branch Management
  • Lead a team of 7 (Sales, Technical Support, and Admin)
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentoring
  • Control regional budgets, expenses, debtors, and warehouse stock
Requirements: ✠Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher certification in Sales, Marketing, Management, or Engineering (advantageous)
  • SAQCC Designer or Commissioner certification (advantageous)
✠Experience
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role within a fast-paced environment
  • Background in distribution, supplier environments, or the fire detection/suppression industry is a plus
  • Comfortable with regional travel

  • 1 x Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer
  • 3 x Office Administrators
