- 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a food processing or industrial environment
- Abattoir experience highly advantageous
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems including:
- Pneumatics
- Pumps
- Motors
- Gearboxes * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team-based environment
