Monitor operating controls daily to ensure thorough understanding of department's operational performance.
Achieve the identified operational targets including:
aLabour utilisation.
Labour productivity efficiency.
Labour sales efficiency.
Hours per repair order.
Lost time.
Ensure quality workmanship by achieving the FRFT targets.
Ensure all housekeeping standards are maintained.
Ensure health and safety standards and legal requirements are met.
