Job Summary:
To ensure optimum utilization of plant, raw materials, and people, to produce quality products at a minimum cost which meets customer and business requirements and complies with legislation.Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment
  • Manage human resources
  • Optimize plant and equipment availability

  • Coach shift teams
  • Translate and implement manufacturing and business strategies

Qualifications:
  • Min: BTech in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical)
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or operations management is advantageous
  • 5+ years’ experience within the fast-moving manufacturing sector
  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven Leadership ability
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of WCM
