Lab Quality Manager - Gosforth

• BTech / BSc in Analytical Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Science
• Postgraduate Qualification in Quality or Food Safety Management

• Minimum 5 years in a senior quality role within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
• 8 Years in quality management in brewing / beverage / food / agricultural product manufacturing industry is preferred

• Lead and manage the quality department ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Develop and implement quality control policies and SOPs
• Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
• Train and mentor quality and lab staff
• Interface with regulatory bodies and manage audits
