This includes tasks like maintaining inventory, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring food safety compliance. also play a crucial role in staff management, training, and performance evaluation.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Min 2-3 years of Experience with SPAR retail or supermarket operations with leadership skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems.
  • Own Transport, Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in departments. Namely: Fruit and Veg, Bakery, Butchery, and Hot Foods
  • Knowledge of numeric G.P’s, and KPI.
DUTIES:
  • Budgets being maintained
  • Costings checking and calculations
  • The ordering process and when needed.
  • Production schedules are adherent.
  • Managing staff, department and floor.
  • Safety maintenance for customers and staff.
