We’re hiring a Junior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic digital advertising team. If you thrive on dissecting performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and implementing platform best practices, not creative ideation this technical role is for you.Platform Management & Optimisation:
Execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc
Audit accounts monthly; implement conversion tracking (GTM/tagging), budget pacing, and bid strategies
Enforce platform best practices and performance-driven optimisationsData Analysis & Reporting:
Use Looker Studio to build dashboards, analyse KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS), and derive actionable insights
Deliver performance reports by the 3rd working day monthlyTechnical Execution:
Configure campaigns aligned with lead gen, sales, or awareness objectives
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure pixel/tag accuracy
Maintain Google Ads certifications (all core exams required)Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Technical Aptitude: You live in ad platforms—not design tools
Analytical Rigor: Strength in data interpretation, QA, and problem-solving
Process-Oriented: Detail-focused with zero tolerance for errors
Certifications: Active Google Ads certifications (non-negotiable)
Background: Degree in Marketing/Business OR hands-on PPC experience
