- Manage pallet storage operations, ensuring cooling protocols were followed and pallet data accurately recorded.
- Oversee cold chain flow from packhouse through precooling into cold storage within required timeframes.
- Coordinate pallet consignment, dispatching correct loads per instructions and adhering to all protocols.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards including BRC and HACCP.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting clear expectations, providing tools/training, and managing discipline in line with company policy.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12/Matric
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Basic Computer literacy (experience with stock management systems)
- Proactive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven Organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong Leadership skills
