- 25 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles in a manufacturing or mechanical context.
- Understand and analyse customer technical needs and specifications.
- Recommend and present mechanical products, systems, or solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with engineering and purchasing teams.
- Provide after-sales support, training, and problem resolution.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products
- Direct experience with mechanical systems, components, or equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, HVAC, automation, CNC machines).
- Bachelors Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Optional: Additional coursework or certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
