  • 25 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles in a manufacturing or mechanical context.
  • Understand and analyse customer technical needs and specifications.
  • Recommend and present mechanical products, systems, or solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with engineering and purchasing teams.
  • Provide after-sales support, training, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products
  • Direct experience with mechanical systems, components, or equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, HVAC, automation, CNC machines).
Familiarity with the manufacturing sectors sales cycles and procurement processes
  • Bachelors Degree in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Optional: Additional coursework or certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
