The Test Analyst is responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test plans, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure system quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse requirements and translate them into clear test conditionsPlan and document testing strategies and test casesCreate and execute manual and automated test scriptsIdentify and report issues found during testingMaintain and improve test environmentsAssist with fix verification and regression testingSupport sprint-based development with accurate estimates and timely executionContribute to defect trend analysis and test reportingEnsure software meets both internal quality standards and external requirementsAbout YouMinimum of 2 years of experience in a software testing or QA roleFamiliar with both manual and automated testing tools and practicesAble to interpret system requirements and create effective test plansStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic experience with performance testing is a plusEffective communicator and proactive team playerEager to learn and grow in a collaborative team environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar qualificationCertified Test Analyst or equivalent certification is advantageous
