Start Date: ASAP?? Job Purpose:To manage and maintain the company’s warehouse and stockroom operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely dispatch/receipts, and compliance with health and safety standards.? Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materialsIssue stock as per job requirements or requisitionsUpdate stock cards and system entries daily (manual or software)Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle countsMonitor stock levels and report shortages or surplusesEnsure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping in the storeroomHandle returns and damaged stock according to procedureAssist with monthly and year-end stocktakesCoordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departmentsOperate forklifts or pallet jacks (if licensed)Adhere to safety, security, and company SOPs? Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 / Matric2–4 years’ experience in a similar storeman or warehouse roleComputer literate (basic Excel, stock systems advantageous)Physically fit; able to lift heavy items and stand for long periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and proactiveGood communication in English (written and verbal)Own reliable transport (advantageous)
