The Senior Financial Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating financial risks, and delivering meaningful financial insights that support profitable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes across multiple countries.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to drive profitable growth.
- Manage and report on balance sheet performance, net working capital, and cashflow forecasting.
- Ensure effective governance, compliance, and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for international markets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Partner with in-country managers to provide financial guidance and business insights.
- Manage internal and external audit processes.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) – essential.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience in financial management.
- Proven experience within manufacturing or mining environments (3+ years).
- Strong people management track record (3+ years).
- Exposure to multinational and multi-currency operations (2+ years).
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
