Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Mining Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all mining operations, including bench preparation, drilling, blasting, load & haul, dump planning, and pit maintenance, ensuring alignment with project plans and safety standards.
Manage geotechnical, survey, safety, environmental, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Drive operational efficiency through performance monitoring, cost management, equipment utilization, and continuous business improvement initiatives
Ensure effective people management, including staffing, training, performance reviews, and development of operational teams.
Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and supports long-term project success.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree / National Diploma in Mining Engineering
Opencast Blasting Certificate
Mining Manager's Certificate of Competency
15 years of mining supervisory experience in an opencast mining environment
Valid Driver's License

Salary: R2,2m - R2,8m CTC
