USA Global Marketing is looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with exceptional Call Centre sales skills or basic Call centre experience to join our sales teams or lead generator teams.Previous call centre experience will be given preference.Duties:

We looking for remote Call Centre Agents with sales experience or basic Call centre/ Customer service background. USA Global Marketing runs various campaigns across the globe, We are looking for Agents to join our campaigns running depending on experience levels, we offer promotional growth, weekly bonuses, commission and spiffs as well as basic salary structure.

Further Information:

Extensive script and system training is provided.
In this position you need to be energetic, enthusiastic and confident. Must be able to think fast and on your feet, handling clients with ease.
Salary to be discussed in an interview.

Hours: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday from depending on what campaign you are selected for, the times of working shift will be discussed in interview.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:

Job Types: Full-time, CommissionRequirements:

Fluent and well-spoken in English (MUST)
Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years recent Call centre/ Customer service experience within the call centre environment.
Minimum of two years experience in the Call centre/ Customer service environment.
Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off.
Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices).
Computer literate.
Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20mbps.
Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets).
Smart phone with WhatsApp essential.
Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection).
MUST have atleast 64BIT processor.
MUST have atleast 8GB RAM.
Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator. (MUST last 4-8 hours)
