We’re partnering with a forward-thinking UK-based recruitment consultancy that is expanding its international sourcing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a South African recruiter who has experience working with UK clients and is ready to take the next step into business development. You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment delivery while gradually developing your commercial skills in a client-facing capacity.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK-based clients across various industries.
  • Source, screen, and assess high-quality candidates aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure smooth communication between candidates and UK hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing UK clients.
  • Support the senior team in recruitment campaigns and key account management.
  • Begin transitioning into business development by identifying potential UK client opportunities.
  • Assist in creating proposals, attending virtual client meetings, and contributing to growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ATS and CRM systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience working with UK clients or recruiting into the UK market.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ambition to transition into a business development role within the recruitment sector.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
