Job Summary The Network Productions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our Production team across several key operational and project-based functions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is familiar with the film industry. You'll be instrumental in supporting daily accounting operations, managing audit and quarter-close deliverables, and contributing to high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This role is based at our Woodstock, Cape Town Office with a minimum of 2 days a week in office. Responsibilities: - Accounting & Reporting Support - Accounts Receivable / Payable - Project Management & Admin Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience (internship or full-time) • Familiarity with sales tax and VAT processes preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills We are looking for diverse perspectives.
