The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple clients with transactional and corporate governance work;Respond to general entity management requests, on a day-to-day basis from clients, auditors and internal staff;Manage client entity governance data as new clients onboard or exit and as governance data changes from time to time.Work with service teams to establish reporting to be pulled periodically from the database to support deadlines.Take on special projects (administrative procedures oriented, before authorities).Maintain client information databases and Viewpoint to support Entity Management servicesDraft resolutions for the Annual General Meeting as per different jurisdictions.Ensuring all Companies Act filings and registrations are made in a timely and accurate manner for the client entities.Assisting with entity incorporation and other local registrations and required statutory filings.To work simultaneously with various entity and file management platforms.Assist with the opening of bank accountsUpdate/maintain client information databases to support Entity Management servicesSupport to business for client onboarding process for service delivery and implementation of toolsCollaboration and coordination of service delivery with local offices, client and client service managers and onboarding teams.Expected to use viewpoint, workflow technology and any other technologies/tools that make day to day work more efficient, improve client service for our client or improve accuracy for service deliveryKey RequirementsUnderstanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
