We are hiring a PM Executive Assistant to support the B2B division. This role blends the responsibilities of a project coordinator and an executive assistant, providing both organizational and client-facing support. You will work closely with leadership to manage calendars, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication across clients and internal teams.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid role, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, client-facing presence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct executive assistant support, including calendar and email management.Organize schedules, meetings, and communications for leadership.Assist with project coordination using tools like Asana to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Act as a reliable, professional point of contact in client communications.Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for client meetings.Support client-facing initiatives with clear, timely communication.Work with marketing, content, and operations teams to align on deliverables.Facilitate information flow between leadership, internal teams, and clients.Track projects, meetings, and deadlines with precision.Anticipate scheduling and operational challenges, offering proactive solutions.What We Are Looking ForStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Client-facing professionalism and emotional intelligence.High reliability in time, project, and calendar management.Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Asana, Google Calendar).A self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.What You Bring3 to 5 years of experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, or client-facing support role.Background in marketing coordination or administrative roles with client exposure.Proven ability to manage calendars, communications, and project workflows.Experience using Asana (or similar project management tools).Demonstrated ability to support executives while maintaining client relationships.Work Requirements100 percent remote work-from-home (South Africa-based hire).Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.Personal computer and dual monitors.Quiet, professional workspace.Reliable high-speed internet.Backup power supply (if applicable).Core Values
