- Project Coordination: Collaborate with sales and admin teams to coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Invoicing: Handle project invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing deals and billing clients.
- Contract Management: Review, verify, and load contracts into our ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, financial records, and contract details.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and project teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, invoicing, and contract management to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all project activities and contract management processes comply with legal and company guidelines.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the project management team as required.
