- Perform front line administrative duties including answering of telephone
- Grade 12 / NCV L4 certificate
- 2 years’ relevant experience within in Education Sector
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- National Diploma – Management Assistant/ Financial Management / Business Management
- Exposure to any Management Information System (Academia etc.)
- Conversant in isiXhosa
