ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is designed for a creative powerhouse who understands the intersection of
crypto culture, entertainment, and online gaming for a world-class Web3 gambling and
entertainment brand. If you're passionate about crypto, online gaming, streaming
culture, and viral content-this is your moment. As our Senior Content Creator, you will
be the voice, style, and soul of our brand across all major digital platforms. You will
craft high-performance content strategies, lead creator collaborations, and produce
engaging, on-brand content that resonates with crypto-savvy, Gen Z & Millennial
audiences globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop and lead the global content strategy aligned with brand positioning,
- Plan and execute multi-platform content (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram,
- Identify Web3 culture trends and integrate them into reactive content pipelines.
- Write, design, and produce a wide range of high-impact content:
- Memes, reels, motion graphics, viral tweets
- Web3 explainers, campaign videos, and behind-the-scenes stories
- Product tutorials, crypto guides, and tournament highlights
- Oversee freelance creators and influencers (scripts, briefs, approvals).
- Define and maintain a distinct, edgy brand voice: confident, fun, bold.
- Ensure tone consistency across all marketing, community, and PR outputs.
- Use performance data to refine content tactics.
- Drive user engagement, retention, and loyalty through storytelling.
- 5 to 7+ years' experience in content creation or creative direction, ideally in
- Deep knowledge of crypto Twitter culture, gambling lingo, and Web3 memes.
- Proven track record of content that drives growth and engagement.
- A stunning portfolio of viral content, reels, campaigns or short-form storytelling.
- Experience working with designers, editors, videographers, and creators.
- Able to lead brand tone and make people feel something.

- Experience working on influencer or ambassador campaigns.
- Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Figma, or After Effects.
