Our workshop plays a key role in ensuring the high quality of our products, and we are looking for a skilled and organised Services Coordinator to support the smooth running of our operations abroad.Our proposition is a comprehensive induction, training and development program that will launch one talented individual into a Luxury Jewellery Services Coordinator role. You will be based at our local South African Support Office and apply your learnings and deliver to our exceptional client and service standards.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or workshop environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with inventory management systems would be advantageous
  • Previous UK work experience would be highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify service requests from our UK boutiques.
  • Prepare quotations for service work from up to three UK-based jewellery workshops.
  • Maintain the relationship with the UK-based jewellery workshops ensuring optimum value for Browns.
  • Manage and track workshop service orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and workshop service timelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports on performance and workshop service output.
  • Handle client queries related to workshop services and ensure excellent communication.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to help maintain workflow.
