- Relevant certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or similar.
- 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a support, billing, or coordination role.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a support role.
- Exposure to Microsoft billing/licensing or working with Microsoft CSP, Volume Licensing, or Partner Centre.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Experience handling vendor communication or shared mailboxes.
- Administrative support experience in an IT or tech-related environment.
- Accurate data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage shared mailboxes and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and internal events.
- Assist in event promotion via email marketing and social media.
- Triage and escalate support requests.
- Prepare and process sales quotations.
- Act as a key contact point between teams.
- Respond to client/vendor queries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with vendors for licensing, support, or warranty issues.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Manage internal databases with up-to-date information.
- Create weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Assist with invoice processing and expense reporting.
- Help coordinate project logistics and timelines.
- Track resources and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support team collaboration and task tracking.
