- Grade 12 with RE 5 Examination successfully completed.
- NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification.
- DOFA confirmation from FSCA.
- 8–10+ years’ experience in short-term insurance (commercial, personal, and agriculture).
- Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English + at least one other official SA language.
- Own transport and valid driver’s license.
- Must reside in, or be familiar with, the area.
- Act as the first point of contact, liaising directly with clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for new and existing clients.
- Handle new policies, renewals, and endorsements efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous recordkeeping and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide seamless administrative support to the Adviser.
- Strong administration, organisation, and planning skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Works well independently and within a team.
- Solid product knowledge with a strong client-service orientation, especially when engaging with farmers.
