Advisor Assistant

• Grade 12 with RE 5 Examination successfully completed.
• NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification.
• DOFA confirmation from FSCA.
• 8–10+ years’ experience in short-term insurance (commercial, personal, and agriculture).
• Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in English + at least one other official SA language.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in, or be familiar with, the area.

• Act as the first point of contact, liaising directly with clients.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for new and existing clients.
• Handle new policies, renewals, and endorsements efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous recordkeeping and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide seamless administrative support to the Adviser.

• Strong administration, organisation, and planning skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Solid product knowledge with a strong client-service orientation, especially when engaging with farmers.
