Trackless Electrical Engineer Supervisor - Mining

• Ensure health and safety compliance for section and team members during maintenance activities
• Conduct inspections per MHSA regulations and company standards
• Promote Zero Harm culture through adherence to legislation, policies, and procedures
• Lead and supervise team for safe maintenance practices and project management
• Manage team performance, development, and coaching
• Conduct Planned Task Observations (PTOs) for team capability assessment and coaching
• Lead failure investigations and implement maintenance practice changes
• Implement asset management strategy and tactical interventions
• Participate in mechanized development process optimization
• Maintain On-reef Electrical Infrastructure standards and conditions
• Ensure safe installation of electrical equipment
• Formulate and manage annual section budgets, spares inventory, and orders.

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Trade Test Certificate (Electrical)
• 5 years’ experience in a mechanized mining environment as an Artisan.
• 2 years' supervisory experience
• Experience with trackless mining equipment
• Proven track record in electrical maintenance and fault finding

• Salary: Negotiable
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
• Grade: C-Upper
